Owner Marie began her journey in the kitchen at just 10 years old, learning authentic Caribbean recipes passed down through generations. After moving from Jamaica to Toronto at the age of 12, she continued to build on those traditions, blending rich cultural flavours with her own creativity.

With over 30 years of experience, Marie and her husband co-owner Anthony founded Blessed Sisters Catering Services with a simple goal: to bring people together through delicious, home‑cooked meals made with care. Every dish we prepare reflects our love for food, family, and creating memorable experiences
